Russian Railways sees loading to grow by 4.8% to 1.3 bln tns in 2025
MOSCOW, Sep 20 (PRIME) -- Russian Railways expects its cargo loading to rise by 4.8% to 1.294 billion tonnes in 2025 compared to 2022, as seen by PRIME on Wednesday from the company’s materials.
Domestic transportation will grow by 2.3% to 823.2 million tonnes, export transportation will increase by 9.6% to 470.5 million tonnes.
The company forecast 2035 loading growth at 33.3% to 1.646 billion tonnes. Exports are expected to grow by 71.2% to 735 million tonnes and domestic traffic by 13.1% to 910.8 million tonnes.
